For bookings, the most efficient way to confirm a reservation is through our bookings system on this page. If you are unable to make a booking this way, or for bookings of 6 people or more please email email@example.com
A service charge of 12.5% of the final bill will
be applied for all tables of 10 or more.
Our online booking system will stop accepting same day reservations at 3.30pm so to make a last-minute booking your best bet is to pop into the restaurant and speak to a member of staff.

Should you wish to redeem a gift voucher please ensure that you include the voucher reference code as a note with your booking.
We accept Robin Wylde vouchers at this venue.
We welcome dogs and children to Lilac, but please be aware that we do not have highchairs. We do not offer a children's menu.

We require card details to secure your booking, and we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.
A cancellation outside of these terms, or a no show, will result in a £30 per head charge. A cancellation can only be made by directly speaking with a member of the team, or by amending the booking via your electronic booking confirmation for which you will receive a digital booking amendment.
A cancellation will not be acknowledged if you leave a voice message since this unfortunately is an unreliable way of us picking up or receiving this information.
For one off ticketed events at Lilac we operate a seven-day cancellation policy. After this point all sales are final and not eligible for a refund. You are welcome to re-sell or transfer your ticket to another guest, but the ticket is non-refundable.
